Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Simka Rose products but if you are not, we will exchange or reimburse orders if requested within 30 days from the ship date. All goods must be returned in unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. We ask that you email us so that we can issue an Exchange or Return Authorization #. We will then be able to reserve and prepare another style/color/size. Please email hannah@simkarose.com and include the following in your email:

  • Name and Address
  • Order #
  • Short Description of reason for return or exchange request
  • Style/Color/Size (if applicable) of what you would like to¬†exchange

In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed (excluding shipping charges).


Refunds

Your account will be credited within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS. "Sale items" include any items that are purchased for less than the original, full retail selling price. Discounts and/or sale prices are NOT retroactive, may not be applied to any previous purchases and will be honored only while sale is active.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
