Returns & Exchanges
Okay, here’s the deal. We want happy customers every single time. So if you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we’ll gladly issue an exchange or refund for the lifetime of your product. If you have any questions or concerns, just email us.
Note: That being said, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on international shipments at this time.
Please include the following in your email:
- Name and Address
- Order #
- Short Description of reason for return or exchange request
- Style/Color/Size (if applicable) of what you would like to exchange
In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed (excluding shipping charges).
You and your family deserve nothing less than the best.
Your account will be credited within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS. "Sale items" include any items that are purchased for less than the original, full retail selling price. Discounts and/or sale prices are NOT retroactive, may not be applied to any previous purchases and will be honored only while sale is active.
